You can apply these icons manually
also:
- First
open up the zip file that you have downloaded
- Extract the files to a directory on your hard drive (Doesn't
matter where, just remember where you saved them. You can even
create a directory just for your icons like c:\Icons. You will
need a zip utility such as Winzip to open up the zip file. Click
to download Winzip now.
- Go to
your display properties from your control panel
- In XP
you will click on the desktop tab
- Click
on the icon you would like to change and click on the "Change
Icon" button, and browse to the directory that you saved
your icon to and click ok. Repeat this step for each icon that
you would like to change.
