Wallpapers are great fun for those of you
that like to change the way your computer looks from time to time but
don't want to muck with new sounds, colors, and cursors.
To install a wallpaper
- If the file is an .exe or .zip file, you will first have to extract
your image from the archive.
- Save the new image in the c:\windows or c:\winnt folder
- Click on Start
- Click Settings
- Click Control Panel
- Click Display
- Click Background tab
- Highlight the image you want to use and click Apply
Note: if you do not see the image in the list or you saved
the image to a directory other than the c:\windows or c:\winnt folder,
click on Browse and choose the folder where you have saved
your image.
