Themes Unlimited/Desktop Dimension gives you an option to either store your files with us or on your own server. If you submit your file to us and choose to store the file on your own server you agree to Themes Unlimited/Desktop Dimension linking to this file.

Themes Unlimited/Desktop Dimension cannot be responsible for content that you create. Themes Unlimited/Desktop Dimension assumes that you have received the permission needed to create and post this file, and that you have given the credit needed.
